If you would rather not make the trip, Puff Paradise brings the same menu we sell in our two Winnipeg stores to your door. This guide covers what happens from the moment you start an order to the moment the driver knocks, so there are no surprises.
The short version
- Hours: order online any time between 9 AM and 11 PM, seven days a week.
- Winnipeg: delivered within 1 hour of your order, anywhere in the city.
- Communities outside Winnipeg: pre-order, delivered within 2 days.
- Age: 19+ only. The driver checks valid government-issued photo ID at the door.
How an order goes, step by step
- Browse the live menu. It is the same range as the stores: flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, beverages and accessories.
- Choose delivery at checkout and enter your address. Your delivery fee is calculated from the address. Delivery starts from $5.99, which covers your first 2 km, then a small per-km rate. Orders over $149 get free delivery, though fees and thresholds can vary by area.
- We pack it discreetly. We verify you are 19+, then pack your order discreetly and securely.
- A driver brings it to your door. In Winnipeg that is within 1 hour. So an order placed at 6 PM should arrive by about 7 PM.
- Show your ID. Delivery is 19+ only, and valid government-issued photo ID is required when the order arrives.
What to have ready
- Valid government-issued photo ID. No ID, no delivery. Cannabis is 19+ in Manitoba.
- Your address, ready to type in at checkout. The fee is worked out from it, so it is the first thing the checkout asks for.
- Someone to answer the door. A Winnipeg order can arrive within the hour, so be ready for it once you have placed the order.
How delivery hours compare with the stores
Delivery orders run from 9 AM to 11 PM every day. Both stores stay open until midnight, an hour later than delivery orders close, so if you are out late and need to buy after 11 PM you can still go in person at Ellice Ave or Henderson Hwy. The menu is the same either way.
Outside Winnipeg
The 1-hour service is for addresses inside Winnipeg. We also deliver to communities across Manitoba, on a pre-order basis with delivery within 2 days. We have a page for each one with the details that matter for that area: Oak Bluff, Steinbach, the RM of Hanover, Springfield, Selkirk, Portage la Prairie, Brandon, Winkler, Morden and Thompson.
Delivery or pickup?
Both are available on the same menu. If you are near a store, in-store pickup from Ellice Ave (1065A Ellice Ave) or Henderson Hwy (825 Henderson Hwy) is another way to skip the browsing. Delivery is for when you would rather not leave home at all.
