Welcome to Puff Paradise. By using this website and ordering from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them. You must be 19 or older to use this site or purchase our products.

Eligibility — 19+

You must be 19 years of age or older to browse, order, or receive products. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup and delivery, every time, with no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse service where age or identity cannot be verified.

Legal cannabis retail

Puff Paradise is a licensed cannabis retailer in Manitoba (Licence 7304-RC-18896). We sell in accordance with the Cannabis Act and Manitoba regulations. Public possession and purchase limits apply as set by law. Products are for personal, legal use by adults only.

Orders, pickup & delivery

• Online ordering, payment, pickup and delivery are handled through our point-of-sale system. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or ID cannot be verified).
• Delivery across Winnipeg typically arrives within 1 hour of order confirmation, for orders placed between 10 AM and 8 PM. Pre-order delivery (typically within 2 days) is available to participating Manitoba communities. Delivery availability, fees and zones are shown at checkout and may change.
• A person 19+ with valid ID must be present to receive a delivery. We will not leave products unattended.

Pricing & product information

We work to keep prices, availability and product details accurate, but errors can occur and inventory changes quickly. If a price or product is listed incorrectly, we may correct it or cancel the affected order. Product images are for reference.

Rewards program

Our points/rewards program is provided through our point-of-sale system and is tied to your customer account. Points have no cash value and may be changed or discontinued. Details are on our Rewards page.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, resell products, misrepresent your age, or interfere with the site's operation or security. We may suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual property

The Puff Paradise name, logo, site design and content are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Puff Paradise is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Consume responsibly; cannabis is intended for adult use only.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version, shown by the "last updated" date above.
